Hi, I am Deniz. I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor. My aim is to help my clients navigate life's challenges. With experience in both short-term and long-term therapy, I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
I believe that connections can be healing. To achieve this I provide a warm, safe, and non-judgmental environment to explore your thoughts and feelings in order to work towards overcoming the challenges that might be holding you back. I am interested in working with the body and its connection to mental health and view each person holistically.
I also believe that everyone has the capacity for change and growth. With this in mind, we will work together to tap into your inner resources and strengths to create the life you hope for.
As a UKCP member, I adhere to the highest professional standards and am committed to ongoing learning and development. I am in advanced TA psychotherapy training and working towards a Master’s degree, continually expanding my knowledge and expertise to provide the best possible care to my clients.
In addition to my private practice, I am currently working as a counsellor at two different NHS practices. I work with people from different cultures and backgrounds and am dedicated to providing accessible, non-discriminatory therapy.
